We have multiple shipping options:

Standard USPS shipping: Approx. 2-8 Business Days

Priority Mail USPS: Approx. 1-3 Business Days

If you are outside of the US:

Shipping takes anywhere from 1-3 weeks normally, but could possibly take longer.

If you have any problems with your order once received please contact us.

Currently, our processing time is between 5-7 business days. This does not include the time it takes for you to approve your outline if you purchased a custom outline item.

Processing time could be shorter or longer based off of the amount of items in your order, or the quantity of orders coming in at one time.

Any custom items from orders cannot be returned. If your item is damaged upon arrival please get in contact with us and we will get your item returned/fixed.

Before ordering, please make sure you put the correct size and customizations you are wanting...

This includes adding any add-ons before submitting your order. We are not able to add any add-ons after your order is submitted.

If you would like to cancel your order for any reason, it must be done with 24 hours of the purchase date. Anything after that time period, your order is already in processing and is being worked on, meaning we cannot cancel.
