Shipping & Returns

How long does shipping take?


We have multiple shipping options: Standard USPS shipping: Approx. 2-8 Business Days Priority Mail USPS: Approx. 1-3 Business Days If you are outside of the US: Shipping takes anywhere from 1-3 weeks normally, but could possibly take longer. PLEASE NOTE: ONCE WE DROP THE PACKAGE OFF, IT IS NOW OUT OF OUR HANDS If you have any problems with your order once received please contact us.




Processing Time


Currently, our processing time is between 3-5 business days. This does not include the time it takes for you to approve your outline if you purchased a custom outline item. Processing time could be shorter or longer based off of the amount of items in your order, or the quantity of orders coming in at one time.




Can I return my order?


Any custom items from orders cannot be returned. If your item is damaged upon arrival please get in contact with us and we will get your item returned/fixed. Before ordering, please make sure you put the correct size and customizations you are wanting... This includes adding any add-ons before submitting your order. We are not able to add any add-ons after your order is submitted.




What if I want to cancel my order?


If you would like to cancel your order for any reason, it must be done with 24 hours of the purchase date. Anything after that time period, your order is already in processing and is being worked on, meaning we cannot cancel.





Items/Orders

How do I order?


1. Click on the product you are wanting to purchase 2. Fill out the required options on the item page to make sure we receive your desired options 3. Add the item to your cart 4. Fill out any add-on products that you would like in addition to your base item (such as tect under photo, sleeve embroidery, etc.) 5. Once you have finished adding all of your products to the cart, continue to check out 6. Please make sure to fill out the customization form on the thank you page if you purchased a custom outline item, or custom photo item. (Make sure to fill out all spots, your order number and picture are very important) - You can also access the customization form by the "customization form" link at the bottom of the website page. - You can also submit your photo through the chat box, making sure to include your name & order number 7. Wait for us to send your outline picture for you to approve 8. Once approved, wait for your item to arrive!




What if I see something on tiktok that I want to purchase but it isn't listed on your website?


Please contact us and we can either create a custom listing, or just purchase a fully custom apparel item and specify which item you would like.
